Masks must also be worn correctly to achieve the maximum possible protection,  follow the instructions below:

How to use the mask correctly:

1. Before putting the mask on disinfect or wash your hands properly

2. Put the mask so that both the mouth and nose are tightly covered

ENSURE YOU PINCH THE METAL BAR AND MOULD THIS AROUND YOUR NOSE TO SEAL THE MASK PROPERLY

dry your hands thoroughly preferably with a paper towel

3. Cover your mouth and nose with a protective mask and make sure that it tightly adheres to your face.

* Men are recommended to shave their face before use for better mask adherence.

How NOT to use masks:

1.make sure not to touch the mask whilist it is in use

2.if the mask gets wet at any point ensure to replace it with a new one
3.wash disinfect your hands after using the mask in order to avoid touching your face

How to safely remove masks:

1.ensure to remove your mask from the back and avoid touching the front of the mask

2.dispose of the mask into a closed container - rubbish bin

3.make sure to wash disinfect your hands thoroughly
